We understand that sometimes unexpected events may occur, leading to the need for appointment adjustments or cancellations. We strive to maintain a fair and transparent policy to serve our valued clients efficiently while also ensuring the smooth operation of our studio.

Appointment Cancellation

At NoFu Skin Studio, we kindly request that all appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate your understanding in respecting our time and the availability of our highly trained professionals.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us by phone or email within the specified timeframe. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a slot. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. In such cases, we will have to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Appointment Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, making it necessary to reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and find a new time slot that suits your schedule. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancellation may result in full payment being charged to the credit card on file. We highly appreciate your cooperation in notifying us of any changes to your availability in a timely manner.

Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise where cancellation or rescheduling is unavoidable at short notice. In such cases, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to come up with a suitable solution.
